What has happened to the Local Offices?Estate Managers hold housing surgeries at Barton, Rose Hill and St Aldates' to advise and help people who drop in. We hold 8 surgeries a week around the city. Some specific areas, like tower blocks, have their own surgeries run by their Estate Manager.
