Customer housing suggestion scheme

Please send us your comments, ideas and suggestions about how we can improve our housing services by using the form at the bottom of this page.

Our housing suggestion scheme allows our tenants the opportunity to suggest improvements to our services. Suggestions could cover anything related to council housing and the repairs services.

Suggestions can be anonymous if you want. Named suggestions will receive a reply. 

To suggest an improvement, either:

• fill in the form at the bottom of this page
• email us using the contact details on the right
• send a suggestion in the post to 'Suggestions, Oxford City Homes, Horspath Road, Oxford, OX4 2RH.
• fill in a suggestion card and drop it into the red suggestion post boxes at Oxford City Homes, Rose Hill Local Housing Office, Barton Council Office at Underhill Circus, St Aldate's Chambers Interview Room, and Riverside Court.
