How many Estate Managers are there ?There are 14 Estate Managers who each have a designated area of the city to manage. Where possible, we have made the areas in line with the Council Wards/Area Committees/Neighbourhood Action Groups One Estate Manager looks after all the tower blocks and shelter blocks and the rest of the city is divided into 13 areas. The Estate Manager for the Cutteslowe area manages the homes in Kidlington and the Estate Manager for Abingdon Rd manages the homes in Abingdon. How do I see my Estate Manager ?The best option is to call them direct and make an appointment, alternatively, visit one of the surgeries. As the Estate Manager is often out on site you may have to leave a message and we will get back to you.
