Environment

We manage important aspects of the local environment and can also strongly influence the behaviour of other people and organizations.

Many of our services have an impact on and influence the environment in which we live, work and play.

For example, we enforce Environmental Health legislation and standards, sweep the streets and collect rubbish, provide and look after parks and recreation facilities, and we try to promote a sustainable society.
