15.4 Vacancies on committees

(a) Procedure when a councillor resigns from a committee

A councillor can resign from a committee by writing to the head of legal and democratic services. A replacement will be appointed at the next full council meeting.

(b) Procedure when someone stops being a councillor

If someone stops being a councillor, any replacement committee members will be appointed at the next full council meeting.
