North Area Committee

This Area Committee covers the wards Summertown, Wolvercote, St. Margaret's and North. For more information about the area, visit the North Area page.

The Committee normally meets on the first Thursday of each month. You can find the dates, times and locations of Area Committee meetings on our Council Meetings pages. These are public meetings and you are welcome to come along. Each Area Committee has an open session that allows you to have your say.

The North Area Committee are currently putting together the Area Plan, which will summarise the priorities over the coming three years. This is expected to be completed in Autumn 2009.

Non Voting Membership of the Committee

There is also a non-voting membership of the Committee made up of:

• County Councillor John Goddard (Summertown and Wolvercote)
• County Councillor Jean Fooks (Summertown and Wolvercote)
• County Councillor Alan Armitage (West Central Oxford)
• County Councillor Susanna Pressel (West Central Oxford)
