Council Meeting Agenda - Changes to Printing and Distribution Arrangements from end or April 2009

From the end of April 2009, to reduce our carbon footprint and our costs, we will no longer print and distribute paper copies of committee agenda to members of the public for free.

Instead, we are encouraging members of the public and interested organisations to make use of our website to view agenda online.

We hope this will reduce the number of paper agenda we produce by 70 percent, saving a huge amount of paper and £40,000 a year.

Agenda Availability

You will still be able to download and print out all public agenda in this section of our website.

You can also subscribe to our eBulletins system to get automatic email alerts when new agenda are published on our website. Visit our eBulletins page to subscribe to your chosen committees and other areas of interest.

Paper copies of public agenda will be available to view at the Town Hall and Ramsay House reception areas during office hours. City Executive Board and Full Council agenda will be available at six public libraries across Oxford. Area Committee agenda will be available at the public library in the Area Committee's area.

You will still be able to receive paper agenda for an annual subscription fee. The fee will cover the cost of printing and distributing each agenda. We want to reduce our carbon footprint so we would encourage people only to use this service if absolutely necessary. Visit our Committee Agenda Charges page for full details.
