Cowley Area Committee

This Area Committee covers the wards Cowley Marsh, Lye Valley and Cowley. For more information about the area, including a map, useful links and details about council facilities, visit the Cowley area page.

The Committee normally meets on the first Wednesday of each month.  You can find the dates and times of Area Committee meetings on the Council Meetings page.   These are public meetings and you are welcome to come along.  Each Area Committee also has an open session that allows you to have your say.

Area Committees work in partnership with residents, the police, NHS representatives and other organisations to drive forward local projects ranging from young peoples' drop in centres to grid-tied solar powered lights!

The Cowley Area Committee has overseen the production of a Cowley Area Plan outlining the Council's priorities for Cowley over the next three years.  You can view this document by visiting our Area Plan page.
