20.11 Thresholds for quotes and tenders

Heads of service must consider advertising all contracts up to £100,000.

Total value of contract Quotes or tendering
£5,000 or less Seek at least one quote
£10,000 or less Seek at least two quotes
£50,000 or less Seek at least three quotes
£100,000 or less Seek and get at least four quotes
Over £100,000 Tendering (EU procurement law and guidance must be followed for contracts over EU thresholds)
