20.22 Council's handling of tenders

(a) Each tender will be marked with the date and time it arrived and held securely by the strategic procurement and shared services manager until it is opened.

(b) Tenders that arrive after the deadline will be disqualified.

(c) The strategic procurement and shared services manager will return disqualified tenders promptly. The strategic procurement and shared services manager can open a disqualified tender to find out the name and address of the tenderer but must not pass on any details of the tender.
