Consultation strategy

In Jan 2005 we adopted a Consultation Strategy 2004-2007 to help us consult more effectively. We aim to do this by: 

• adopting a co-ordinated and strategic approach to consultation that avoids duplication
• ensuring consultation is inclusive and representative
• ensuring we feed back the consultation findings
• continually reviewing consultation practice to improve it

A new Consultation Strategy will be available in 2008.
