In November 2007, 10 members of the Talkback panel took part in a Citizens Jury to discuss the Council's spending priorities.
The jury listened to presentations from our Finance department and took part in group exercises on budget setting.

In January 2006 Oxford residents told us what services were important to them and how happy they are with our performance. This survey has given us some really useful information and has allowed us to prioritise areas for improvement.

In August 2005 we consulted the people of Oxford on the Government's plans to ban smoking in many public places in Oxford. The results were as follows:

Every three years we are required to carry out four satisfaction surveys.
Each survey tests either a specific Council service, or in the case of the general satisfaction survey, residents are asked about local issues and the services provided by us.
