11.7 Minutes

(a) Signing the minutes

At the first ordinary meeting when the minutes are available, the lord mayor will move that the minutes are correct and sign them. Full council will not discuss anything arising from the minutes.

(b) No minutes at annual or special meetings

Minutes are not signed at annual meetings or special meetings. They are signed at the next ordinary meeting instead.
