Giving up smoking saves you money, improves your sex life, gives you younger looking skin, boosts your fertility and gives you more energy. Where can I get help with giving up smoking?The Oxfordshire Smoking Advice Service gives advice and support to smokers who would like to stop smoking. They offer all smokers the opportunity to attend courses to stop smoking. The courses run for a total of seven session, each one hour long, spread over six weeks. They are free of charge. You can apply to attend the courses online at the Smokefree Oxfordshire website.
