You can do an online search for care home availability on the Searching For A Home pages of the Oxfordshire County Council website.

What services does Oxford City Council provide for Older People in Oxford?

We provide the Oxfordshire Community Transport Accessible Bus (OCTABUS) in partnership with Oxfordshire County Council, Vale of White Horse and West Oxfordshire. Visit the Special Transport Service pages of the Oxfordshire County Council website for information on transport services for people who cannot use public transport in Oxfordshire.

Visit our Shopmobility pages for information on our free service offering loan of wheelchairs and electric scooters to people who need them for shopping and sightseeing in the city centre.
