The Oxford Nightsafe scheme began in 2004 and was set up to tackle alcohol related anti-social behaviour in Oxford City centre. The initiative has now been extended to include East Oxford. We work with a number of partners including Thames Valley Police, OX1 - Oxford City Centre Management Company, taxi firms, bus companies and local pub/club owners to help make Oxford a safer and more enjoyable place to go out. Visit the Nightsafe website for more information and for your premises to become a member of the scheme.
