Do you know someone who deserves recognition for their voluntary work or for carrying out services to the community and local people in Oxford?

Nominations for this years award are now closed.

Nominees do not have to live in Oxford, but the service and support they provide must be carried out within the City, over a substantial period of time, and be of significant benefit to the community.

For the second time we will be joining forces with The Oxford Rotary Club in organising the award.

"We want to show the city's appreciation to volunteers who have made an important contribution to their community, however large or small." Councillor John Tanner

The winners will be announced at at a presentation ceremony on 9 May 2008 at the Town Hall.
