Some of these open spaces and parks have gates and the ground may be uneven but they are generally accessible for wheelchairs:

Oxford Canal

Wheelchair access at Aristotle Lane and Rewley Road (near Railway Station). Very steep ramp and stepped approach from Walton Well Road.

Paths for all

Oxfordshire County Council produce leaflets about 11 attractive wheelchair accessible routes around Oxfordshire, providing information about parking, slopes and surfaces.
