The Central, South and West Area covers:

• Jericho
• Botley Road area
• Osney
• Abingdon Road area
• Central Oxford

The area is divided into four wards: Carfax (3); Hinksey Park (9); Holywell (10) and Jericho & Osney (12). Each ward is represented by two City Councillors who meet every month to make decisions on local issues at Central, South and West Area Committee meetings.
