Council offices will close at 5pm on Thursday 28 March 2013 for the Easter holiday period and will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 2 April 2013.
Your recycling and waste collections will be unaffected over the Easter holiday period.

We will then operate a one day in arrears collection service with Saturday 6 April 2013 being used that a catch-up day, normal service resumes on Monday 8 April 2013.
Many services will still be running throughout this period.

All Council run car parks will be open as normal over the Easter holiday period.
Shopmobility will be closed on Good Friday and Easter Monday. However, we will still provide the service. Customers wanting a Shopmobility scooter will need to walk around to the car park control room located next door to Shopmobility on level 1c of the Westgate car park.
Oxford's parks will also be open during the Easter holiday period.

The South Oxford Adventure Playground (SOAP) will be open from 10am to 4pm every weekday during the school Easter holidays (with the exception of Good Friday and Bank Holiday Monday) for exciting, adventurous play for children aged 7 and over.
The playground provides space in a natural environment for play that is creative and physically challenging. Supervised by trained playworkers who support their play, children are encouraged to explore, climb and have fun. Easter activities include an Easter egg hunt and a football tournament as well as arts & crafts. Children of all ages are welcome, but those under the age of 7 must be accompanied by an adult.
