Tai Chi (For the over 50’s) at Barton Leisure Centre

Description: Tai Chi is accessible to all ages and physical abilities and can be practised on many levels. Tai Chi can help to increase flexibility, suppleness and exercise the muscles. It can also lead to a greater sense of wellbeing.

Time: Tuesday’s from 11am to 12 noon

Cost: £3 per session
