Why should I give up smoking?

Smoking causes cancer and is also associated with more than 50 different diseases and disorders, many of which are fatal. Giving up smoking saves you money, improves your sex life, gives you younger looking skin, boosts your fertility and gives you more energy. Where can I get help with giving up smoking?

The Oxfordshire Smoking Advice Service gives advice and support to smokers who would like to stop smoking. Visit the Smokefree Oxfordshire website for more information.

Where can I get information about the new smoking legislation?
