There are 15 sites for the sale of hot food in the city. Trading is allowed between 6.30pm and 3am. All these sites are currently occupied by traders. The businesses on these sites require a Premises Licence. An application form can be obtained from our Licensing pages.
Street Trading is defined as the selling or offering for sale of any article in the street; this includes food such as burgers, kebabs, doughnuts etc. Any street trader wishing to sell food must register their business and will be subject to food hygiene inspection.
