Paper copies of public agenda are available to view for free at the Town Hall and Ramsay House reception areas during office hours. City Executive Board and Full Council agenda are available at six public libraries across Oxford. Area Committee agenda are available at the public library in the Area Committee's area.
You can also receive your own paper agenda for an annual subscription fee. The fee will cover the cost of printing and distributing each agenda. We want to reduce our carbon footprint so we would encourage people only to use this service if absolutely necessary.
