Our statement of accounts sets out what we have spent in previous years and must be produced no later than three months after the end of each financial year. The Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) are the leading professional accounting body that specialises in public finance. CIPFA set the rules that the Council must follow when producing accounts.
